This is my first storytelling in Medium.com, Let’s me introduce myself, My name is Wong Kah Lee, most of the friends call me Kelly or 嘉莉. Kelly Wong is known to be responsible, enthusiasm , honest, friendly, Intuitive ,information, knowledgeable to service and given customer.
This year ready to learn and adsorb studying Social Media Marketing.
While she is a experience in travel industry ,relationship with clients and conduct tour briefing .
Kelly is a Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management, Diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management, Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management. Travel Experience and tour leading over 23 countries within 13 years .
Kelly career of 18 years; has seen her work with an array of clients including Grassland , WTS Travel, Hong Thai Travel, Nam Ho Travel and Commonwealth Travel , Club Med, Star Cruise and Royal Caribbean.
She have the best counter staff reward vote by customer for the month of May 2005 and June 2005 at WTS Travel Industry.
She also handle difference kind of customer like incentive tour, customize tour. she also like studying SNEF Establish Relationship for Customer Confidence, Creative Storytelling, Apply teamwork in the workplace.
